Hello! This is my (Denis Dorotenko) own site. Here you can find the materials about me, laws and intellectual property. This site has its own rules, that are applicable to you. Your data’s processing. I collect and process the minimum of information about you (e.g., the metrics tools may temporarily record IP-address and other technical info). This site is based on Ghost. I use Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics (with privacy settings) to collect general user information for purposes prescribed below. If you write me via feedback form, your message is also processed by Formspree. Any of these legal entities may collect or process your data under their own policies. Personal information. I don’t collect any sensitive data. Some published materials (e.g. digital bookmarks) may include personal information: e.g., the name or image of the person. These materials may be shared on social media (e.g., LinkedIn). Your messages sent via the site may also contain personal information – I assume you agree to share it with me.
Legal grounds. Here are the reasons for which I process your data: keeping this site running, providing the access to it, improving the site and my services, testing features, managing landing pages, traffic optimization, educational purposes, communicate with me, data analysis and research over your data (including, legal research) and in some cases using third parties to do this. I rely on my legitimate interests to process your data.
Cookies. This site uses cookies to track user traffic patterns. More info you can read about them there. It helps me to see how effective and useful my work on this site, how easily and convenient users can reach the information. Applicable laws. I collect and process of users data (including your personal information, if applicable) in accordance with Russian laws only as applicable laws.
